Each guest receives a sticker print which will be placed onto a specific cell on the mosaic grid, which will eventually create the finished mosaic art. 4x6in print are also available as an add on so guests can take a memory of the event back home. The digital photos are also instantly shareable via email or text message.

Yes! Most clients will keep the completed mosaic and hang it in their office/home as a keepsake from the event. Some will even have the mosaic board framed.
We can print the mosaic grid on many types of materials but foam core board is usually what we use for most events.
We can create a 7x4ft mosaic board using 330 4x3in tiles.
We use 2x2in and 4x3in sizes for the mosaic grid tiles.
The max throughput with 1 photo booth + 1 mosaic tile printer is about 100 sessions per hour.
Yes, we can pre-fill the grid with some photos the client provides of their company, VIPs, previous events, etc. Also, our onsite team will continuously monitor the progress of the mosaic and can duplicate existing photos to ensure we stay around the 100 image/hour throughput so we can finish the mosaic on time.
The mosaic booth will print a sticker print of their photo which will be placed on the mosaic grid. Guests will be able to share their digital photo with themselves via email/text msg. If the client has opted to get a print package, guests will also get a 4x6in print as a keepsake.
No, a backdrop is optional. However we recommend a basic neutral colored backdrop for best results.
We’ll need a 10x10ft space on a solid flat surface. We’ll have 1x backdrop for the photo booth and another backdrop to hang the mosaic board on. The 2 backdrops can be placed in a “L” shaped configuration like below to save space and fit within a 10x10ft area. If more space is available, the 2 backdrops can be placed side by side in a 16x10ft area.
