Las Vegas is the busiest trade show city in the country, and running an activation here has its own rules. We bring the photo booth to your stand, set it up and test it before the floor opens, and run it for the length of the show while your team works the leads it brings in.

Las Vegas show floors are vast, and attendees walk miles of aisle before they reach you. Standing out is harder here than almost anywhere, and a photo booth gives people a reason to stop at your stand rather than pass it.

Visitors fill out a short survey or supply their email when they share their photos, so you leave the show with contact details, demographic information and consumer preferences instead of a stack of business cards. We work with your team ahead of the show to plan the experience around what you want out of it, whether that is volume of scans, qualified conversations, or social reach. The booth is customized to your branding, so everything a guest photographs and shares carries your identity across the floor and onto their feed.

Las Vegas floors run long. Most shows we work here are three or four days, and our photo booth rentals are priced for the full run rather than per day, including the preview evening if your show has one.

TRADE SHOW BOOTH SETUP & REQUIREMENTS
Depending on the type of booth chosen and the level of bespoke features added, the setup and requirements can vary. In general, our team requires 2-3 hours to set up ahead of the service start time. Prior day load-ins are an option as well as load-outs the following day.
For power, most of our photo booth setups require a 110V, 15A, 3 prong dedicated circuit within 15ft of the setup location. For internet, we require an ethernet hardline or dedicated WIFI connection with minimum 15 Mbps up/down speeds and access to a non-captive portal.
A standard booth typically requires 8x8ft of space but there are also photo booth options that take up less space such as a selfie stand or a roaming photo booth.
TRADE SHOW PHOTO BOOTH FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
We typically require an 8x8ft space if we have a backdrop. However, our photo booth dimensions are only 2.5×2.5ft at the base and 5.5ft tall, so we only require a small footprint if a backdrop isn’t used.
For power we require a 110V, 15A, 3 prong outlet on a dedicated circuit within 15 ft of the setup area.
Minimum 5Mbps up/down WIFI or ethernet hardline connection. If we’re doing an activation that requires higher bandwidth like video or AI, then we’d need at least a 30 Mbps up/down connection.
Yes, we offer many branding options from branding the booth with a custom vinyl wrap to custom branded backdrops. We have custom microsites, email templates and text message copy as well as custom photo overlays. Inquire to see all of our branding options!
We have both staff and self service photo booth rental options.
We typically come to load in/setup 2-3 hours directly prior to our start time. If you need us to arrive earlier in the day or load in the prior day, those are options as well.
