CORPORATE EVENT BOOTH SETUP & REQUIREMENTS

Depending on the type of booth chosen and the level of bespoke features added, the setup and requirements can vary. In general, our team requires 2-3 hours to set up ahead of the service start time. Prior day load-ins are an option as well as load-outs the following day.

For power, most of our photo booth setups require a 110V, 15A, 3 prong dedicated circuit within 15ft of the setup location. For internet, we require an ethernet hardline or dedicated WIFI connection with minimum 15 Mbps up/down speeds and access to a non-captive portal.

A standard booth typically requires 8x8ft of space but there are also photo booth options that take up less space such as a selfie stand or a roaming photo booth. Our team is experienced working within corporate venues, hotel ballrooms, office lobbies and conference spaces of all sizes.

CORPORATE PHOTO BOOTH FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

We typically require an 8x8ft space if we have a backdrop. However, our photo booth dimensions are only 2.5×2.5ft at the base and 5.5ft tall, so we only require a small footprint if a backdrop isn’t used. We can work with your venue to find the ideal placement.

For power we require a 110V, 15A, 3 prong outlet on a dedicated circuit within 15 ft of the setup area.

Minimum 5Mbps up/down WIFI or ethernet hardline connection.  If we’re doing an activation that requires higher bandwidth like video or AI, then we’d need at least a 30 Mbps up/down connection.

Absolutely. We offer extensive branding options from branding the booth with a custom vinyl wrap to custom branded backdrops. We have custom microsites, email templates and text message copy as well as custom photo overlays. Inquire to see all of our branding options!

We have both staffed and self service photo booth rental options. For most corporate events, we recommend our full service option with professional onsite staff.

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for popular dates like the holiday season (November-December). For large-scale corporate events, we suggest reaching out at least 4-6 weeks in advance to allow time for custom branding and planning.
